1. El Cometa Jalepeno - After a great match with Valumart at the PPV he retains his Maniac Heavyweight belt and tops the list at #1.
2. Valumart - Great match at the PPV against El Cometa but came up a little short.
3. Donavin Cage - Defeated Il Geneo at the PPV with a little help to retain his Brawl Championship.
4. Hillbilly Bill - Had a chance to win the Mayhem Championship at the PPV but The Crow had other ideas when it was revealed he was the one who stole Rosa causing Hillbilly Bill to effectively lose the match.
5. Nemesis - Probably should have lost his belt at the PPV but Hillbilly Bill left the belt hanging there for him to get and he retains the Mayhem Championship.
6. Biggfoot - Didn't have a match at the PPV but his presence was felt as The MOB became complete as GM Jay McBang was revealed as Mr. M.
7. Mysterious Ray Misterio - Good match with Taj1ri at the PPV for the #1 contender for the Mayhem Championship but came up a little short and has since been drafted to SNB and should be a great addition.
8. "Razorback" Rex Ryder/Acrolyth - They're the Maniac Tag Champions but had their match cut short due to the MOB.
9. City Boi - Had a chance to be Maniac Tag Champion but again the MOB had different ideas.
10. Il Geneo - Was robbed at the PPV with outside help in his match with Donavin Cage and nearly won the Brawler Heavyweight Championship.
11. Taj1ri - After his victory at the PPV he is the new #1 contender for the Mayhem Championship.
12. Juggalotus - Had a brutal match at the PPV leaving UFO Wizard injured and out for next season.
13. Omerta 187 - Didn't have a match at the PPV but his presence was felt as The MOB became complete as GM Jay McBang was revealed as Mr. M.
14. Silentdead - Had a good showing at the PPV having a chance to win the Mayhem Championship but has since been drafted to SNB and should be a force here.
15. The Crow - Made his mark on the PPV after showing everyone he was the one who stole Rosa from Hillbilly Bill. This rivalry should be a good one.
